Who Not What is a group of young LGBT+ people who represent the voice of LGBT+ young people in Hertfordshire.
Their aim is to improve services for the young lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender community, supported by Services for Young People youth workers.
Being a member of Who Not What will give you access to lots of great opportunities, including having a voice on improvements to support services to make them more LGBT+ friendly and accessible for other LGBT+ young people.
There are three Who Not What groups, so there will be one local to you! We have one group in the East of the county and one in the West, both of which are for young people aged 13-17. In addition to this, we have an online group for young people aged 18-24. All Who Not What groups meet once a month.

The Who Not What Project
In 2016 Who Not What secured funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to launch the Who Not What Project, which is still providing support for LGBT+ young people in Hertfordshire today.
The Services for Young People county-wide Who Not What Project supports young LGBT+ people aged between 13 and 24. The project provides young people with regular access to safe and inclusive places to meet, where they have access to the support and guidance of our trained youth workers. In addition to this, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people and to explore a range of current issues and topics including emotional wellbeing, physical wellbeing, healthy relationships, identity, sexual health and current affairs.

Young people's LGBT+ support groups
Services for Young People runs LGBT+ support groups across the whole of Hertfordshire. They are safe environments where you can meet other young LGBT+ people, get support, learn new things and have fun!
