Services for Young People provides and information, advice, guidance and support for young people in care and care leavers up to the age of 24 (their 25th birthday) through its Access Point Projects across the county. They can also attend youth work projects in their area.
If you are a care leaver or preparing to leave care, we support you to become more independent and confident in all areas of your life. We will help you identify your goals in life and focus on how you can achieve them.
Young people can also join one of our Independent Living Skills projects which are specifically designed to support young people in care and care leavers to build their confidence and skills to be able to live independently.
