Come in, we're open

Covid-19 update: April 2021

Our Access Points are now open for face-to-face appointments.

The venues have been certified by Hertfordshire County Council as Covid-19 Secure.

Please call, text or email your local team to make an appointment before visiting.

We may help you by phone or video call if a face-to-face appointment is not essential or if you would prefer that.

Who do we support?

The services at our Access Points are for young people aged 13-19, up to 24 if they have a learning difficulty or disability, up to 21 if they are a care leaver.

We provide a range of services from careers guidance to sexual health information, support and advice.

Please select your district from the left-hand menu for opening times and full details of your local access point.
