Prices for activities and stays at Hudnall Park

Go Wild at Hudnall activity sessions


Bookings of up to 12 children or young people

  • 2 hour session - £150 (£12.50 per person)
  • 3 hour session - £200 (£16.67 per person)
  • 5 hour session - £350 (£29.17 per person)

Per person cost is based on 12 children/young people per booking.

Forest School sessions are for a minimum of six weekly 2- or 3-hour sessions for the same group of young people.

Wild Wellbeing and Wild About sessions can be booked individually or as a block of six or more sessions.

Learning Outside the Classroom and Adventurous Activity sessions

  • Full day with a maximum of four activity sessions – £28 per person
  • Half day with a maximum of two activity sessions – £16 per person

Per person cost is based on 30 children/young people per booking. If you have a smaller or larger group, please contact us for a quote.

VAT will be applied to academies, non-HCC schools and other customers.

Learning Outside the Classroom Activities are linked to National Curriculum subjects.

Overnight stays in the house

Hudnall Park main building

Accommodation for up to 30 children/young people and three adults. Available all year round. Prices per child or young person are based on 24 children/young people per booking. If you have a smaller or larger group, please contact us for a quote. Group leaders/teachers are accommodated free at a ratio of 1:10. Prices do not include activity sessions. 

Fully catered
Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are provided from the evening meal on day of arrival through to lunch on day of departure. Please bring a packed lunch for your day of arrival, or we can provide a packed lunch for your day of arrival for an additional cost if arranged in advance.

  • 1 night £100 per person
  • 2 nights £150 per person
  • 3 nights £200 per person
  • 4 nights £250 per person

Accommodation only
Food and drinks are not provided for parties booking accommodation only. Fridges are available to store your own food.

Camping village

Pre-pitched tents in our camping village are available for up to 40 children/young people and four adults from March to October. Prices per child or young person are based on 24 children/young people per booking. If you have a smaller or larger group, please contact us for a quote. Group leaders/teachers are accommodated free at a ratio of 1:10. 

Campers have access to a modern, well-equipped toilet and shower block.

Fully catered 
Breakfast, lunch and evening meals provided from evening meal on day of arrival through to lunch on day of departure. Please bring a packed lunch for your day of arrival. We can provide a packed lunch for your day of arrival for an additional cost if arranged in advance.

  • 1 night £75 per person
  • 2 nights £120 per person
  • 3 nights £140 per person
  • 4 nights £170 per person

Self-pitch camping grounds

Bring your own tents to stay in our self-pitch camping grounds. You will have access to the washrooms with showers. Minimum booking: 10 people per night. 

  • £10 per person per night

VAT will be applied to academies, non-HCC schools and other customers.

Meals can be provided at an extra cost if required.

Room hire

 Oak Room

Oak room in classroom configuration

Pine Room

Dining room at Hudnall Park

The Oak Room and Pine Room at Hudnall Park are both large multipurpose rooms for up to 30 people. They both have overhead projectors and the Pine Room can be used as a dining room. 

  • Oak Room or  Pine Room for full day (8.30am to 4.30pm) £220
  • Oak Room or  Pine Room for half day (either 8.30am to 1pm or 1pm to 4.30pm) £130

Any additional time in the rooms is charged at £20 an hour.

Yurt



The yurt can be used as an outdoor classroom for up to 15 people. It has an electricity supply and can be heated.

  • Full day (8.30am to 4.30pm) £110
  • Half day (either 8.30am to 1pm or 1pm to 4.30pm) £60

Any additional time in the yurt is charged at £20 an hour.
