Over the 2022 school summer holidays, Services for Young People is running three exciting holiday activity programmes for young people in Hertfordshire:
HAPpy Holiday Activity Programmes
The HAPpy Holiday Activity Programmes will be running during the first three weeks of the school summer holidays. The programmes are for young people aged 13-16 who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals.
The activities focus on healthy lifestyles and the young people will have the opportunity to take part in sports, dance, art activities and many interactive workshops. They will get to meet and socialise with other young people and get a free healthy lunch every day.

The programmes will focus on how young people can stay safe, form positive relationships, develop confidence, self-esteem and resilience, and identify and achieve their goals in life. The activities include fun and interactive workshops, team sports and music. Young people will also find out about new opportunities in the area.

Go Wild at Hudnall summer sessions
The Go Wild at Hudnall project is offering eight free nature connection sessions this summer for young people aged 13-17 who are living with, or at risk of, poor emotional wellbeing.
Parents/carers, or professionals who work with young people, accompany the young people and take part in the activities (they are not drop-off sessions). The sessions are a great way to have fun, learn about nature and new ways to help improve emotional wellbeing.
