Services for Young People (SfYP) has been delivering careers guidance services in schools and colleges for over 20 years. We continue to be the trusted provider of these services for most schools and colleges in Hertfordshire.
Our most popular traded service is Personal careers guidance interviews. These enable schools and colleges to fulfil their statutory duty to provide all Year 7 to Year 13 students with access to impartial careers guidance and achieve Gatsby Benchmark 8. All our services are delivered by qualified SfYP CEIAG Advisers who are skilled at tailoring careers guidance to individual needs in the context of the latest local labour market information.
This feedback received about our CEIAG Advisers during 2024 shows how highly schools value their work:
“Realistic post-16 plans”
“Both CEIAG Advisers are very organised and everything works smoothly in school. I appreciate how proactive they are with students and that they ensure a follow up meeting is organised if that would be of benefit. They both work hard to ensure all students have realistic post-16 plans in place.”
Careers Leader, Simon Balle School, Hertford
