The Young People’s Survey was developed to ensure the voices of young people were heard. It sought to determine the concerns, needs and priorities for young people in Hertfordshire. The survey also looked at the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, out-of-school provision and how Services for Young People could improve services and support.
The survey was anonymous and ran for two months throughout November and December 2021. All participating schools, colleges, educational support centres and SEN schools were entered into a prize draw for a £500 voucher.
The results of the survey are being shared with stakeholders through the District Youth Strategy Partnership Groups now and will ensure that the services and support developed for young people across Hertfordshire are valuable, relevant and inclusive.
